Responsibilities

• Develop and present defense strategies independently on behalf of clients.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, claims personnel, and the court.
• Ensure prompt and efficient case disposition.
• Prepare and present witnesses and evidence at trials and hearings.
