Crespo Insurance Agency LLC is seeking a dependable Data Entry Specialist to support our Pennsauken team. The role focuses on accurately entering customer and policy information into our agency management system and insurance carrier portals.

We offer 20 hours per week with a 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM schedule, paid training, and advancement opportunities. Base pay ranges from $16 to $16.50 per hour based on experience, with a supportive leadership culture.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and entering information accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Professional communication skills.
• Insurance-office or CRM experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter client, property, vehicle, driver, and policy information accurately.
• Upload and organize applications, documents, and correspondence.
• Review files for missing information and notify the appropriate agent.
• Update customer records and create follow-up activities in CRM.
• Prepare information for review by licensed insurance agents.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow agency procedures.
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed.

• Base pay of $16 - $16.50 per hour based on experience
• 20 hours guaranteed a week, Monday Through Friday
• Expected schedule of 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
