Integrity, a leading independent distributor of life, health and wealth insurance products, is seeking a motivated customer support associate for our Florida call center in Clearwater. You will handle inbound and some outbound calls, verify information with applicants or agents, and assist with data entry and administrative tasks.

In this fast-paced role you will document communications, support quality controls, and help ensure timely processing while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of proven customer support experience.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answering and documenting phone calls from a call center environment.
• Make outgoing calls to verify application information with the applicant(s) or agent(s).
• Process and input additional cash with application (CWA) and follow up on requirements.
• Follow-up on application and agent problems.
• Calculate premium differences and rates using basic math.
• Match facsimiles and mail received to the correct file in the workflow system.
• Provide data entry support and assist with quality control during high volume.
