Bradsiok is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist the Sales and Hybrid Teams while providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will enhance client relationships, resolve inquiries, and ensure optimal service delivery to policyholders.

Ideal candidates will have a Property and Casualty license and a commitment to service excellence. The position offers opportunities for advancement and includes benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a Property and Casualty state insurance license.
• Complete State Farm training and obtain agreement within two weeks.
• Initiate Life and Health licensing process within 60 days if not already licensed.
• Prior insurance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales and Hybrid Teams while providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle incoming calls, address questions, and assist with requests.
• Resolve billing issues and submit changes to policies.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend insurance products.
