Qualifications

• Tennessee Property & Casualty license required before starting; agency will pay for study materials and first testing attempt.
• Life & Health licensing preferred before starting; may be obtained within first month.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for incoming calls and messages, assisting customers before routing to another team member.
• Assist with billing questions, policy service changes, and other customer needs.
• Monitor claims and follow up with customers during the claims process to ensure support.
• Conduct regular customer outreach, including retention calls/texts and scheduling policy review appointments.
• Identify opportunities during service conversations to discuss life insurance and other coverage needs.
• Maintain timely follow-up across customer communication channels.
• Support agency marketing efforts, including social media posts and community initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required follow-up according to processes and compliance.
