You will engage with the public, resolve inquiries, coordinate with the agent team, and assist customers with their insurance and financial services needs in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
