Camille Gilbert State Farm is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our agency in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. You will help customers with inquiries, explain policy options, and coordinate with team members to deliver exceptional service.

The role focuses on building relationships, maintaining records, and identifying opportunities to improve coverage for clients, while supporting policy changes, billing questions, and claims information.

Qualifications

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Currently licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance (or willing to obtain licensing within first 90 days)

Responsibilities
