Qualifications

• Ability to present and explain insurance options to customers.
• Licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health must be obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service related to insurance inquiries, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, billing, and claims.
• Educate customers using a needs-based review to explain insurance options.
