Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required or willingness to obtain one.
• 3–6 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with professional phone etiquette.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients, educating and advising them on the policies that best fit their unique needs.
• Identify opportunities to round out client accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Issue insurance documentation and assist clients with policy changes.
• Shop renewals and work to maintain strong client retention.
