Job summary

HomeServices Insurance, Inc. in New Brighton, MN is seeking a CSR Trainee for a six-month training program to learn day-to-day client service and support. Upon completion and licensure, you may transition into a customer service role.

During the program you will handle calls from clients, underwriters, and third parties; advise on coverage and risk; process policy changes and cancellations; assist with claims and billing inquiries; and build solid relationships with insurers.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven automation, time management, and organizational skills.
• Must obtain Property and Casualty License within 30 days after pre-licensing.

Responsibilities
