We Are Legal Revolution, based in Manhattan, is expanding and hiring multiple attorneys for our Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation practice.

You will evaluate complex coverage disputes, draft and manage pleadings, and shape litigation strategy while developing strong insurer relationships and contributing to business growth. The firm offers above-market pay and a bonus program, with base pay up to $250K and potential total compensation near $300K.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance coverage analysis and litigation.
• Strong research and case analysis skills.
• Ability to draft and manage pleadings and motions.
• Ability to build insurer and client relationships and participate in BD.

Responsibilities

• Assess and litigate complex third-party coverage disputes with strategic guidance.
• Conduct sophisticated case law, statutes, and policy analysis to develop strategies.
• Draft and review pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery.
• Build insurer and client relationships and support business development.
