We Are Legal Revolution in Dallas seeks an Associate Attorney to support a busy defense-focused insurance coverage practice. The role offers hands-on responsibility across coverage analysis and litigation, with exposure to professional liability, healthcare disputes, construction defect, and premises liability.

This is a strong fit for a mid-level litigator able to own matters, draft pleadings, take depositions, and contribute to trial preparation.

Qualifications

Active Texas bar license or eligible to obtain Texas admission within 6 months.
4 to 10 years of litigation experience, including insurance coverage focus.
Background in medical malpractice defense, construction defect, personal injury, or premises liability.
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Strong legal writing and motion practice abilities.

Responsabilités

Handle defense-side matters, including insurance coverage disputes and related litigation.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; manage case strategy and day-to-day progression.
Take and defend depositions; assist with hearings, mediations, and trial preparation as needed.
Analyze policy language and provide practical guidance to clients and internal teams.
