Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced attorney to analyze commercial property and casualty insurance coverage, translate complex language for clients, and advise on risk-management matters. You will work with senior stakeholders and brokers to develop practical coverage analyses and actionable recommendations.

The role requires a J.D. with an active bar admission and 2+ years in insurance/coverage, with a strong ability to communicate policy concepts clearly to clients.

What you'll do:

• Analyze commercial P&C insurance policies and complex coverage language
• Identify coverage gaps, limitations, and potential improvements

• Advise clients on insurance coverage and risk-management issues
• Draft clear, practical coverage analyses and recommendations
• Interact with senior corporate stakeholders, brokers, and insurance professionals
• Help clients evaluate sophisticated risk and insurance solutions

We're looking for:

• J.D. and active bar admission
• 2+ years of relevant insurance/coverage experience
• Strong knowledge of property & casualty insurance
• Experience working for, representing, or regularly interacting with insurance companies strongly preferred
• Excellent policy-analysis, writing, and client-facing skills
• Commercial mindset and ability to translate complex insurance concepts into actionable business advice
