Qualifications

• Indiana Bar admission is required.
• 3-5 years of coverage litigation experience is required.
• Excellent academic credentials are required.
• Exceptional legal writing and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions and provide coverage advice for clients.
• Conduct complex legal research and draft memoranda.
• Draft and review pleadings, memos, briefs, discovery, motions and supporting briefs.
• Attend depositions, hearings and mediations as required.
