Qualificações

• 3+ years relevant experience in insurance coverage, first-party property, bad faith or insurance litigation.
• Strong discovery, deposition and motion-practice skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complex first- and third-party coverage disputes.
• Work across CRNs, appraisal, declaratory judgment actions, mediation and litigation.
• Exposure to major insurers and high-value claims.
• Meaningful responsibility within a specialist coverage team.
