Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance coverage experience, policyholder side preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-exposure environment.

Responsibilities

• Litigate insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims for policyholders
• Analyze policies, draft coverage opinions, pursue recoveries against insurers
• Represent businesses and individuals in denials of claims (property, liability, BI)
• Handle trials, motions, depositions, discovery, and strategy in high-stakes actions
• Collaborate with partner mentors to grow your practice and book of business
