Responsibilities

• Develop litigation strategy for insurance coverage disputes and participate in coverage litigation and arbitration.
• Conduct complex legal research and analysis and draft memoranda and position letters.
• Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage advice and recommendations to clients.
• Supervise and participate in mediation and settlement of underlying litigations globally.
• Draft and review pleadings, memos, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Participate in depositions, document reviews, conferences and all aspects of coverage litigations and arbitrations.
• Interact with clients and work cooperatively with others.
