Duties

Conduct in-depth insurance coverage analysis across various policy types

Draft coverage opinions, legal memoranda, and client correspondence

Manage bad faith and complex coverage litigation

Handle legal research and document preparation

Provide strategic guidance to clients on coverage disputes

Collaborate with other attorneys on multi-jurisdictional matters

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or bad faith litigation

Proven ability to manage caseloads independently

Demonstrated experience handling complex legal analysis and case strategy

Excellent attention to detail and legal judgment

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Strong academic credentials preferred

Certifications
