Overview

Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Insurance Services group in its Ft. Lauderdale office. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, representing national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex coverage areas, including but not limited to bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in career growth. You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start.

Responsibilities

• Represent national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex coverage areas (bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, excess liability).
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and manage a diverse and challenging caseload from the outset.
• Engage in legal research, writing, and analysis to support coverage matters.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts.
• Experience representing clients in first and third-party insurance coverage litigation matters is preferred.
• Candidates should have strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
