We’re seeking an attorney with insurance coverage litigation experience, including duty to defend and declaratory judgment actions, plus deposition and motion practice experience.

Qualifications

• Must have insurance coverage litigation experience including duty to defend, reservation of rights, policy interpretation, and declaratory judgment actions.
• Deposition and motion practice experience required.
• Illinois bar in good standing is required.
• Comfortable independently managing coverage matters.
