Qualifications

• Proactive, organized approach with drive to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from inception through trial.
• Work closely with supervising partners with autonomy and responsibility.
• Draft and argue substantive motions in state and federal courts.
• Lead written discovery, depositions and examinations under oath.
• Prepare clear, well-reasoned coverage opinions and advise claims professionals and in-house counsel.
• Develop client relationships while delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice.
