Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with litigated general and professional liability coverage and bad faith matters in state and federal courts.
• Analyze coverage issues and draft coverage position correspondence.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Communicate with clients and prepare reports to clients.
• Participate in status conferences, court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed.
• Contribute to case strategy and execution in complex, high-value litigation.
