Job summary

Orionplacement in Dallas, TX, is seeking an experienced insurance coverage litigation attorney for an on-site role. You will manage a docket, draft pleadings, and participate in mediations and hearings, with second-chair trial opportunities.

Licensed in Texas with at least 2 years of litigation experience, you will work closely with senior attorneys in a collaborative, mentor‑driven environment offering growth toward partnership and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license.
• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience drafting litigation documents independently.
• Comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines.
• Insurance coverage experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Federal court experience or knowledge of the Federal Rules is a plus.
• Candidates with relevant in-house experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Pay: $125,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year

Location

Dallas, Texas — This is an on‑site opportunity designed to provide hands‑on mentorship and collaboration. Attorneys with fewer than five years of experience are expected to work in the office, with potential flexibility after six months for the right candidate.

Note

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have at least 2 years of litigation experience. Insurance coverage experience is preferred but not required. Strong candidates from litigation, in‑house legal departments, or relevant practice areas will be considered.
