A reputable law firm in Charlotte, NC is looking for an experienced Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of civil litigation and insurance coverage experience. This position offers a hybrid work model with great benefits and a competitive bonus program. You will be managing multiple cases in a supportive and diverse environment. Licensure in both NC and SC is required, or the ability to obtain both within your first year of employment.

A Bit About Us

Established, Reputable Law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team! The ideal candidate for this role will have 2 (+) years of Civil Litigation and 1 (+) years of experience with coverage of first-party/third-party insurance coverage experience. The ideal candidate for this role will have licensure in both NC & SC; however, candidates who can obtain both within their first year of employment will be considered also. This role is 50/50 insurance coverage and insurance defense.

Billable Hours are 1875 (Flexible Firm; if you want to just bill 1875, they have no issues with that. if you want to make more money, bonuses start at 1900). Ex Bill 2100 hours and you'll be paid $36,000 more a year.
