Job summary

TRANZACT is seeking an Agent Oversight Analyst to support the investigation lifecycle by reviewing complaints, logging cases, and tracking SLAs. You will prioritize issues, identify risks, and collaborate with carriers, sales leadership, and investigators.

Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, dashboard maintenance, and process improvements. The role requires strong Excel skills, clear communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year in compliance, QA, operations, insurance, healthcare, or related field.
• Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong written/verbal communication; able to work independently with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Review, log, and classify incoming complaints and escalation items.
• Analyze caseload, monitor aging, and support assignment decisions.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards on volume and trends.
• Communicate with carriers and investigators on case status.
• Gather documentation and support process improvements or automation opportunities.
