Markel is seeking a Compliance Analyst to oversee daily compliance functions and coordinate across multiple disciplines. You will monitor regulatory changes, communicate expectations internally, and support managers and regulators with accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates have five to seven years in a professional office setting, insurance/compliance experience, and a strong analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of professional office experience.
• Insurance/compliance experience is strongly preferred.
• Degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate compliance functions across disciplines.
• Monitor laws and regulatory changes relevant to insurance.
• Develop and communicate internal compliance expectations.
• Prepare reports for management and regulators.
