The Position Job TitleInsurance Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Description SUMMARY The primary role of a Commercial Lines Account Manager is to service our customers. The Account Manager is accountable for delivering high-quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of a group of middle market and/or large commercial lines accounts. You will directly contribute to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing the agency's value to our clients and prospects, achieve operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. This position is essential in maintaining our current customers and directly affects our policy and premium retention rates. This position is also considered support staff for our Producers.
