HonorHealth is seeking an Insurance Collections Supervisor in Phoenix to lead the AR collections team, coordinating with payers including Commercial, Worker's Comp, Medicare Advantage, and AHCCCS. The role combines in-office supervision with telecommuting flexibility.

You will supervise staff, manage staffing levels, monitor productivity, and drive process improvements to reduce aged accounts while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Collections or Billing.
• 3 years experience in Patient Accounting.
• 2 years leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the daily Insurance Collections operations and staff.
• Monitors productivity, queues, and quality of work.
• Trains staff and handles performance evaluations and payroll issues.
• Ensures HIPAA and regulatory reporting compliance and payer coordination.
