Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a detail-oriented insurance support professional in Rhode Island. The role provides guidance to Client Managers and Advisors, following established workflows to handle policy data, renewals, endorsements, and proofs of insurance with accuracy.

The candidate will work with EPIC, templates, and system letters to generate client communications and invoices, while maintaining organized document storage and timely task management under supervision.

Qualifications

• Active property & casualty license or actively pursuing one.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Initiate endorsements, proofs and invoices.
• Produce standard client communications using templates.
• Create activities and assign to team members.
