Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office tech.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors with a professional, friendly, service-focused approach.
• Answer incoming calls and direct clients and partners to appropriate team members for timely assistance.
• Process account requests, changes, and payments accurately while maintaining service quality.
• Coordinate and confirm appointments, meetings, and office activities to support operations.
• Organize and distribute mail, helping maintain smooth workflows.
