Patriot Growth Insurance Services seeks a professional and customer focused Client Service Representative to support day to day office operations in Marion, OH. You will greet clients, answer calls, process account requests and payments, and coordinate appointments while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in customer service or administrative support, a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally both in person and over the phone
• Respond to customer inquiries, process account changes and accept payments accurately
• Manage incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate team members
• Coordinate schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and related office activities
• Process, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate ordering and distribution
• Prepare, update, organize and maintain files, records and correspondence
• Support administrative and operational projects through research, document preparation and data entry
• Communicate professionally with clients, team members and business partners to support timely service
• Assist with daily office needs while maintaining a professional, organized environment
