Responsibilities

• Receive high volume client calls and identify appropriate carrier/brokerage.
• Enter lead information into Ask Kodiak for routing.
• Use Salesforce to manage tasks via calls, texts, and emails.
• Schedule follow-up appointments for underwriting triage.
• Follow phone scripts via the GURU application.
• Collaborate with team using Slack/Teams.
• Maintain KPIs for transfer rate, time active, attendance, leads, and call quality.
• Maintain confidentiality and avoid errors/omissions.
• Participate in training and development.
