Job summary

HGC Group INC is seeking an experienced Insurance Client Executive to manage and service an established book across commercial trucking, commercial business, and personal lines divisions. This role focuses on delivering proactive, professional service throughout the policy lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, certificates, billing questions, and claims assistance.

Qualifications

• Prior Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Strong client service and account management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for assigned clients.
• Build strong, professional, long-term relationships with policyholders.
• Respond promptly to client questions, requests, and concerns.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding documents, underwriting requirements, payments, endorsements, and renewal items.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and client confidentiality.
• Take ownership of client issues through resolution.
• Coordinate with producers, carriers, underwriters, finance companies, and clients to ensure accounts are properly serviced and documented.
• Document client communications and policy-related activity.
