Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Client Advisor in Urbandale, Iowa, a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office. You will act as a project manager for large initiatives, drafting client-facing documents and supporting sales opportunities with strategic analyses and presentations.

You will also perform market research, analyze data to identify growth areas, and address escalated issues to ensure excellent service delivery for high-priority relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in a client management role.
• Background in the insurance industry, particularly underwriting, brokerage, or Property & Casualty.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Client-focused mindset with client-facing experience.
