Job summary

TwelveStone Health Partners is hiring a full-time Account Reimbursement Specialist. This role focuses on resolving insurance and patient account balances to optimize cash flow and reduce denials across our patient accounts.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in healthcare insurance collections, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills to work with payers, patients, and internal teams. Pharmacy/Infusion experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years of medical insurance collections experience required.
• Experience with insurance denials processes and healthcare claims follow-up.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, and resolve unpaid claims and balances.
• Follow up with insurance payers on denials and unresolved claims.
• Communicate with patients and internal teams to resolve balances.
• Document account activity and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with Billing, Contracting and Intake to resolve issues.
