Qualifications

• 2 Years relevant legal and/or professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee litigation process for claims to minimize risk.
• Analyze coverage issues and evaluate moderately complex claims.
• Prepare and draft legal correspondence and maintain claim files.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding claim status.
• Assign claims to outside counsel and manage the process.
• Negotiate claim settlements within defined limits.
• Conduct legal research and manage miscellaneous legal matters.
