Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Texas.
• 5-10+ years of experience defending insurance matters.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in a variety of insurance matters.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Manage caseload from intake through trial or resolution.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare for mediation or arbitration.
