The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience, be licensed to practice law, and demonstrate excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills while handling diverse litigation matters up to trial and appeal.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of complex litigation experience required.
• Experience with insurance coverage litigation is a strong plus.
• Interest in emerging risks in insurance, environmental, and products liability litigation.
• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Draft complex case evaluations, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Manage all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
• Conduct legal research and draft analytical memoranda.
• Oversee written discovery, document review, and depositions.
• Engage directly with clients, witnesses, experts, and other counsel.
• Analyze insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes, drafting coverage opinions.
