This role consists of a 24-month training and development program provided by USLI (United States Liability Insurance Company, a member of Berkshire Hathaway), designed to prepare participants for a successful career as an insurance professional. The focus of the training program will be increasing new submissions, quotes, and premium through the promotion of web‑based and telephone quoting systems to Arlington/Roe's agency customers in Illinois. Upon successful completion of the two‑year program, participants are expected to transition into a production role, applying the skills and industry knowledge developed throughout the training program.
College degree or equivalent business experience preferred but not required.

This is an in‑office position and is not eligible for remote work. Candidates are expected to complete the first 2 to 3 months of training at Arlington/Roe's Indianapolis office before continuing their training at USLI's Oak Brook office. The job may require some overnight travel including some annual training conferences in Pennsylvania at USLI’s home office. Participants may travel locally to meet with agents and to attend agency networking events. They will be encouraged to participate in associations and conferences to further their network and understanding of the industry.
