Position Description:

This position acts as a liaison between the front office client service staff and the HUB Accounting Teams. The role involves working remotely with client service teams to resolve accounting issues, including creating and correcting billings, confirming data accuracy, ensuring proper application of client payments, processing premium finance requests, and collaborating with various internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Work with local client service teams to create billing/transactions in Epic (endorsements, renewals, new business, audits, etc.)
2. Follow set workflows for all EPIC transactions.
3. Finalize client premium financing, including creating billing, confirming down payments, and processing finance loans.
4. Review account setup in EPIC for accuracy.
5. Prepare and send invoices, statements, and billing information to carriers.
6. Resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure correct application of payments and credits.
7. Coordinate with HFC and ARC teams to ensure timely payments and corrections.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader.

Pay Range: $20.00/hour - $30.00/hour
