Smile Brands Inc. is seeking an experienced Insurance Payment Processor to join the Central Billing Office in San Antonio, TX.

This onsite role supports accurate posting and reconciliation across multiple practice management systems, thriving in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. The position requires a minimum of 1 year in payment posting or related revenue cycle work, solid data entry skills, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in payment posting or revenue cycle.
• Experience reviewing EOBs and understanding claims adjudication.
• Strong data entry and 10-key skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Accurately post insurance and capitation payments to patient accounts.
• Review EOBs and apply adjustments, credits, or balances.
• Research and reconcile patient accounts in payment systems.
• Balance daily posting activity against deposits and cash.
• Maintain accurate daily tracking and reconciliation logs.
• Complete weekly audits and reporting related to posting activity.
• Resolve payment posting tickets and account discrepancies.
• File and maintain payment documentation and EOB records.
• Communicate daily totals and unresolved balances to leadership.
