The Fine Agency is seeking a motivated sales advisor to guide clients through insurance options, conduct consultations, and close coverage sales over the phone or Zoom.

You will maintain CRM records, participate in weekly trainings, stay compliant with licensing, and enjoy monthly incentives and health/life insurance options.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and CRM software.
• Willing to work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and CRM software
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple client conversationsWillingness to work flexible hours when needed
• Ability to pass a background check and complete licensing requirements
• Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain with support)
