CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is looking for an Audit Specialist to join the Client Success team. This role involves collaborating with customers to maximize the value of CCC’s solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and experience in analyzing data. Responsibilities include leading discussions, developing business rules, and providing actionable insights. This role is vital in enhancing the Audit process and supporting customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience analyzing complex data and drawing meaningful conclusions.
• Strong presentation skills with confidence presenting to customers.
• Creative problem-solver able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the insurance claims process is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with customers to understand their business guidelines and claims processes.
• Develop and maintain business rules using CCC’s Audit rules engine.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of Audit rule results to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Consult with customers to help them achieve performance goals.
• Respond to troubleshooting requests from customers and internal teams.
• Partner with Product Development to propose solution enhancements.
