What your day looks like:

• Communicating between clients and the firm to ensure engagement objectives are met.
• Overseeing firm objectives and managing resources to meet goals.
• Providing guidance on audit risks and responses.
• Mentoring associates through reviews and feedback.
• Resolving complex audit and accounting issues.
• Reviewing financial reporting and ensuring timely client deliverables.
• Updating engagement partners and involving them in client issue resolutions.
• Developing technical expertise and serving as a technical consultant.
• Building long-term relationships for business development.

What you need for this role:

• Passion for client service, integrity, project management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Insurance audits.
• Proven leadership and development skills for associates.
• 5+ years in public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.
• CPA certification and active license.
