Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate communication between clients and the firm to meet engagement objectives.
2. Manage engagement economics and firm resources to achieve goals.
3. Guide and ensure proper responses to engagement risks, including audit procedures.
4. Mentor associates through reviews and performance feedback.
5. Address complex audit and accounting issues.
6. Review financial reports and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
7. Provide status updates to engagement partners and involve them in client issue resolutions.
8. Develop technical expertise and serve as a technical consultant.
9. Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for expanded services.

Qualifications

• Passion for superior client service, integrity, project management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with insurance audits.
• Proven leadership in developing associates.
• 5+ years in public accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.

Additional Information
