Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively between clients and the firm to meet engagement objectives.
• Oversee engagement economics and manage resources to achieve firm goals.
• Provide guidance to identify and respond to engagement risks, including audit steps.
• Mentor and develop associates through on-site reviews and feedback.
• Review financial reporting and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
• Update engagement partners on project status and resolve client issues.
• Develop technical expertise and serve as a technical consultant.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for expanded services.

Requirements

• Passion for client service, integrity, project management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with insurance audits.

Compensation

Salary range: $91,200 - $164,200. Actual salary depends on experience, education, skills, and location.
