Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to meet engagement objectives.
• Manage engagement economics and firm resources to achieve goals.
• Identify and respond to engagement risks, providing guidance on audit steps.
• Mentor associates through reviews and performance feedback.
• Resolve complex audit and accounting issues.
• Review financial reports and ensure timely client deliverables.
• Update engagement partners on project status and client issues.
• Develop technical expertise and serve as a technical consultant.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for expanded services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on insurance audits.
