You will serve as a trusted resource for customers, helping them understand their options and guiding them through the process of selecting appropriate coverage and financial solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Client Service & Support
  • Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Insurance & Financial Product Knowledge
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of State Farm insurance products, including auto, home, life, health, and commercial insurance.
  • Understand financial services offerings such as retirement planning, annuities, and mutual funds.
  • Assist clients in identifying suitable insurance and financial products based on their goals and circumstances.
• Policy Processing & Administration
  • Prepare and process insurance applications, endorsements, renewals, and claims documentation accurately and timely.
  • Maintain client records and update policy information using State Farm systems.
  • Coordinate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other internal departments as necessary.
• Support the agency’s sales goals by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Assist with marketing activities, including community outreach and client appreciation events.
• Help generate and qualify leads through referrals and networking efforts.
• Compliance & Confidentiality
  • Adhere to all State Farm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.
