State Farm Agent is hiring in Denver, CO for an Insurance and Financial Services Team Member. The role focuses on building client relationships, educating customers on insurance options, and supporting marketing and growth efforts.

This is a full-time position with compensation ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 per year. Licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health are required/current or obtainable, with the office operating under a State Farm independent contractor model.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
