Horace Mann Educators Corporation is seeking an Exclusive Agent to build a self-directed agency serving educators. The role is compensated on a 1099 basis with incentives and a comprehensive product portfolio to meet client needs.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in insurance/financial services, plus required state licenses and the ability to obtain FINRA approvals where needed. Strong networking and relationship-building will drive long-term success.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
